Unless the right methods are used, growing avocado seeds will be difficult. It’s not enough to just take the seeds from the fruit and bury it in the ground. There are several things you need to keep in mind. Two Methods After taking the seeds from the fruit, you can nurture it two ways. You can immerse the seeds in water or plant in the ground. If you’re going to grow it in the water, use three toothpicks to make holes in the seed’s side. Next you put the seed half submerge in a jar or glass. The pointy side should be up and the flat one in the liquid. Within a couple of weeks, leaves and roots will appear. Depending on the weather, this might take four to six weeks. To finish growing avocado seeds, you should place this in the potting soil. If you don’t do this, the plant will die quickly.
